Joseph Graziose, Jr.

President, Construction & Development

As President, Construction & Development, Mr. Graziose is responsible for the day-to-day management and strategy of RXR’s 120+ person multi-disciplined Construction and Development company. Mr. Graziose’s responsibilities include management and oversight of all business operations including financial planning, profit and loss management, human capital management, design, preconstruction, construction management, development management and asset management. Under Mr. Graziose’s management, RXR’s construction and development portfolio includes millions of square feet of active ground up development with annual construction and development volumes of more than $450M. Mr. Graziose’s responsibilities also include managing RXR’s construction management arm, which provides full-service construction management and general construction services with annual volume averaging $200M. Mr. Graziose promotes a solution-driven culture through top-down research and is committed to a customer and community centric approach to development that guides RXR’s constantly evolving strategic vision, allowing for successful projects and favorable results for stakeholders.

Prior to assuming his current role, Mr. Graziose held multiple roles at RXR including Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President positions where he was responsible for RXR’s multi-family development projects. Mr. Graziose’s responsibilities included: land acquisition, zoning & entitlements, preconstruction, design, and construction & development management of over 7,000 multi-family units. Mr. Graziose also played an integral role in RXR’s national expansion, which includes multi-family development projects outside of the New York metro, including Arizona, Colorado, Florida, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Texas.

Prior to joining RXR in 2011, Mr. Graziose held project management roles at Gilbane Building Company where he was focused on commercial and institutional construction in New York City.

Mr. Graziose is an active participant of the Business Council of Westchester and in 2020 was awarded the Council’s Rising Stars 40 under 40 award. In 2024, Westfair recognized Joseph in Fairfield County’s 40 under 40 list. In 2023, Mr. Graziose was recognized by City and State to their Westchester Top 100 list, highlighting the County’s most influential leaders. In 2022, Mr. Graziose was recognized by Blank Slate Media to their Long Island 40 under 40 list. He currently serves on the Board of the Westchester Parks Foundation, New Rochelle Business Improvement District, New Rochelle Police Foundation and Stamford Downtown Special Service District.

Mr. Graziose received a degree in finance from Boston College.
