Greg Rinaldi is the Senior Vice President of Construction Services at RXR, where he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction planning and execution across the company’s real estate development projects. In this role, Greg leads construction strategy and execution as well as provides critical construction due diligence and oversight for RXR’s Credit Services platform.
A Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New York, Greg brings over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, with deep expertise in large-scale projects. Since joining RXR, Greg has led the successful delivery of more than 3,500 multifamily residential units, representing over $2 billion in construction value. Greg plays a key role in RXR’s national expansion beyond the New York Metro area.
Prior to joining RXR, Greg served as Vice President and Project Executive at Hudson Meridian, a leading general contractor in New York City, where he managed significant residential, hospitality, and public works projects. He began his career as a Geostructural Engineer with Mueser Rutledge Consulting Engineers, where he was involved in the design and construction oversight of major underground and waterfront infrastructure throughout New York City.
Greg’s depth of technical knowledge, strategic leadership, and hands-on experience make him a key contributor to RXR’s continued growth and success in real estate development and construction.
